Someone has definitely been looking after this building – rust on the water pipe hook-up for the fire department is usually a good sign.

Downtown Wausau, WI.

Inside the Minnesota State House of Representatives

We decided to take a short walk downtown to watch the parade. It was so great to see how many people came out for it!

Originally a post office more than 100 years ago, something about this building draws me in today. I think I could take pictures, draw it or just stare at it for hours.

Walking around downtown I found it interesting – the contrast between the outdated massive apartment complexes and the newer, sleeker condos only a block away.
